Foam and GatorFoam Boards

When inquiring about GatorFoam and foam boards we want to make sure that your use for these boards is appropriate.  We will help guide you through which type of board is best for your needs however the general rule is that GatorFoam is more durable and versatile than foam boards.

Options

Foam and Gatorfoam boards can be mounted with any type of graphic film and can be finished with any one of our laminates such as: gloss, matte, anti-scratch, lustre, and satin. We can route Gatorfoam boards to any shape you need so give us a call if you want to add some dimensions to your signage.

 

Flatbed Printing

When utilizing flatbed printing we must first select a substrate and then we will produce an artwork proof for your review at no charge.  Once the design and colors have been approved then we will put your artwork into production.

Aluminum Signs

With any order you place with us, we will create an artwork proof for your review that will not only show you the design but also the specs on your aluminum substrate so you know exactly how your aluminum sign will be.

Options

Aluminum sign boards vary in thickness from 0.02 to 0.1 however we offer a wide array of graphic films that can be mounted to your aluminum sign to showcase full color graphics.  In addition, you can finish off your sign with a UV laminate that comes in gloss, matte, and anti-graffiti.

Vending Machine Graphics

Vending machine graphics start with a template either providing by our clients or custom created by our graphic department. Once a template is made, we work with our clients to figure out what components of the vending machine they want customized and then it’s a matter of selecting the appropriate graphic films to complete the job.

The first step in producing a food truck wrap is to create a template for your particular make and model.  Many food trucks have custom fabricated features to accommodate the kitchen however we specialize in creating templates for food trucks so we understand the intricacies in adapting artwork for your vehicle.  Once a template is made, it’s a matter of approving a design and then we can get started.

Options

For food truck wraps and vehicle graphics in general, we utilize 3M ControlTac which is a premium vehicle graphic film unless you have a special request.  You have the option of selecting a matte or gloss finish.

Most vehicle restyling wraps are straight forward in the sense that once you pick your film then we’re ready to start installing however if you want to incorporate die-cut graphics or other styling elements we will provide an artwork proof for your review at no charge.

 

Options

We work primarily with 3M and Orafol wrap films which we believe are the most UV stable and provide the most extensive selection of colors and finishes.  However if you have a preference for a particular manufacturer or style that we do not offer, we will definitely abide by your special request.

 

Vehicle Striping

Whether you want a custom vehicle stripe or you want to mimic your vehicle’s manufacture’s striping, we will provide an artwork proof for your review that will illustrate exactly how your striping will look on your particular vehicle.

Kiosk Graphics

The first step in creating custom kiosk graphics is to create a template for the kiosk that we may use to interchange a graphic layout.  This crucial step can either be done by proving us with a drawing of the kiosk or for our graphic department to spec the machine manually through precise measurements.  Once we have a template then it’s a matter of deciding which films and finishes would work best for your project.

 

Options

The film options for our kiosk graphics depends on what type of surface your kiosk has; we use films to work with textured or non-textured surfaces so you will graphics that will not peel or separate from your kiosk.  All of our films can be finished with either a gloss or matte finish to enhance and protect your graphics but do not forget that we have specialty films such as anti-graffiti & anti-scratch that can be used upon request.

 

User Interface Graphics

Whenever we create seals for state and local government, our first step is to obtain or create the correct artwork. Once we have your artwork on file, we swatch test key colors to ensure our seals match your existing graphics. After our artwork is approved, we then choose the proper media to fit your desired application.

Options

All seals can be made for different application such as window graphics, vehicle decals, dimensional signs, branding labels, etc. With these uses, we offer a wide array of media & finishes to guarantee that you will achieve your intended image. Our seals are made to last because of our unique thermal printing method that is the most UV-stable; yet we protect all our seals with a premium cast laminate to promote longevity.
